Sign up for the Spring Heads of Delegation meeting

The event will take place from 13-16 April 2027 in Chungcheongbuk-do, Republic of Korea. All interested NUSFs are invited to register for the meeting, venue tours and Q&A sessions.

The Organising Committee of the Chungcheong 2027 FISU World University Games Summer
is pleased to invite the Heads of Delegation of all National University Sports Federations to the
Spring Heads of Delegation (HoD) Meeting. The meeting will be held at Enford hotel, Cheongju,
Chungcheongbuk-do, Republic of Korea, from 13 to 16 April 2027, in a hybrid format allowing
both on-site and online participation.

As usual, the Organising Committee, together with FISU, will provide all the information you will need for a detailed preparation for your delegation’s participation to the largest multisport event of 2027.

The onsite meetings and visits allow you to already experience what the Games will feel like, but of you are sadly unable to attend, the main sessions of the meeting will be streamed live and also made available online as recordings.
