Every two years for 12 days of competitions in the summer, the FISU World University Games allow student-athletes from all over the world to celebrate in a true spirit of friendship and sportsmanship.

FISU WORLD UNIVERSITY GAMES

The winter edition of the FISU World University Games are an international sporting and cultural event staged every two years which incorporates educational and cultural aspects into 11 days of competitions.

FISU UNIVERSITY WORLD CUPS

A game-changer for student sport, the FISU University World Cups have student-athletes competing for their universities in a championship tournament rather than for national teams.

FISU WORLD UNIVERSITY CHAMPIONSHIPS

Alternating with the summer and winter editions of the FISU World University Games, the FISU World University Championships are standalone sports events that take place every even-numbered year.

INTERNATIONAL DAY OF UNIVERSITY SPORT

An annual sporting tradition since 2016 and officially proclaimed by UNESCO, the events on 20th September help enhance the links between universities and their local communities.
