Creative agencies and event organizers are invited to participate in the competition. Applications can be submitted up to and including October 11, 2021.
Competitors are invited to develop a concept that will reflect the main unifying theme of the Park, ideas to organize the thematic zones, and recreational and cultural activities. The site of the project is the Historical square, which will not only be the main venue of the events for the guests of the upcoming 2023 FISU World University Games but a part of celebrating Ekaterinburg’s 300th anniversary.
In October 2021, the submitted applications will be presented to Ekaterinburg’s public for a vote, thus allowing citizens to make a decision on how the Historical square will look like in 2023. An expert jury will also evaluate participants’ works.
