Dream Together Master Programme at Seoul National University: call to applications

All interested candidates are invited to send in their applications before 13 March 2026.

The International University Sports Federation (FISU) is pleased to open applications for the Dream Together Master Programme Scholarship – 2026 intake. Dedicated to shaping future leaders in university sport, the programme reflects FISU’s commitment to education and global impact.

The programme’s impact is exemplified by Adebayo Olatunde (Nigeria), a 2025 scholarship recipient, FISU Student Ambassador Alumni, and member of the FISU Education and Student Committee.I would like to thank FISU for providing the platform, through the FISU Student Ambassadors Programme, which made me become a candidate worthy of acceptance for the scholarship.” said Adebayo Olatunde.

The Dream Together Master is a graduate programme funded by the Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) and the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation (KSPO), through national sports promotional funds, with the aim of educating next generation sport administrators.

From this year’s admissions, 2 types of scholarship programme are accepted

  • Full Scholarship : Candidates from OECD DAC Countries
  • Partial Scholarship (Tuition Fee): Candidates from NON-OECD DAC Countries

All applications – with the subject line “DTM Scholarship 2026” – must be submitted by 13 March 2026 via email to : education@fisu.net

“I feel truly privileged to be accepted into the Dream Together Master Programme. This is a dream come true, as it is a programme I wanted to be a part of since I found out about it in 2020. The application process was not easy, but getting accepted made it all worth it” states Adebayo Olatunde.

Eligibility criteria include holding a Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field and demonstrating proficiency in both written and spoken English, as all courses are conducted in English and on-site in Seoul, Republic of Korea. Candidates should exhibit strong potential and enthusiasm for sport management, with preference given to current or former athletes and sports administrators. Applicants with academic interests aligned with the university sports movement are encouraged to include a relevant study plan (form 2 below) in their submission.
