FUSC Inspection Visit for 2014 WUC Taekwondo

 

 

HOHHOT – On 25 April, a delegation of 5 officials led by Mr. Yang Liguo, Secretary General of the Federation of University Sports of China (FUSC) paid an inspection visit to Hohhot, for the successful organization of the 13^th World University Taekwondo Championship (8-14 June). Noticeable progress has been made since the FISU inspection visit in June, 2013 and cooperation between different departments have been further improved.

Besides the inspection of the sports venue and accommodation hotels, the delegates also conducted a meeting with the Organizing Committee regarding the functional aspects of accreditation, game management, volunteer service, media, etc. Specific recommendations have been put forward after preparation reports by the Organizing Committee.

So far, 38 delegations have already registered for general entry and 22 among them completed the quantitative entry with 284 participants. Since the deadline for individual entry will end soon on 8 May, participating delegations are expected to accomplish online accreditation the next days.
