2013 SU Update: Accreditation and E-Ticketing Procedures discussed

KAZAN – A working session between the Kazan 2013 Executive Directorate and the Arena Group of Companies was held in Kazan on Thursday, March 3rd.

The event was attended by Director General of the Kazan 2013 Executive Directorate and Universiade Village Mayor Farid Andulganiev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arena Group of Companies Vasily Chizhov, Director General of Arena-Tatarstan LLC Almaz Garifullin and Kazan 2013 Department representatives. The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss accreditation and e-Ticketing management during the 2013 World University Summer Games in Kazan.

Farid Abdulganiev stated that the Kazan 2013 Executive Directorate faced the task of implementing a comfortable accreditation procedure for athletes and delegates, ordinary spectators and supporters that were to arrive for the 2013 Summer Universiade.

The meeting featured a presentation delivered by the Arena Group of Companies that introduced its companies to Kazan 2013 Executive Directorate officials.

The participants negotiated to hold consultations aimed at defining the readiness of the 2013 SU venues for adopting e-Ticketing and also stages of accrediting participants and guests of the World University Games.
