Russel AhnODUPA has appointed Russel Ahn as its Technical Chair for Taekwondo. Mr. Ahn has been assisting Ken Min, the FISU Technical Chair for Taekwondo in Belgrade during the 2009 Summer Universiade and in Bangkok (2007), as well as during the 9th and 10th World University Taekwondo Championships in Belgrade (2008) and Valencia (2006) respectively. Mr. Ahn is also Martial Arts Commissioner for USA Taekwondo and is currently the Director of the Martial Arts program of the University of California.
