On March 30th, the second day of the ODUPA Executive Committee meeting, the inauguration of the venue for the Costa Rica Technical Institute (Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica) took place. In the afternoon the Executive Committee held the first part of its working session in the city of Cartago.
On March 31st, the ODUPA EC held its last day of meetings in the city of San José. The working session took place in the building of UNED (Universidad Nacional de Estudios a Distancia), the National University for Distance Learning.
During this session a number of development projects for 2009 were studied and the ODUPA General Assembly, wich will take place during the Summer Uninversiade in Belgrade, was prepared.
