
The 2nd General Assembly of OUSA took place in Suva, Fiji. Two main items were on the Agenda: the membership to FISU and the election for the OUSA Executive Committee.
If representatives from 11 National University Sports Federation were represented in Apia, Samoa, in 2008 for this meeting, three more NUSFs joined the assembly.
