Watch LIVE! Kiwi teams that will make it to the Finals in Xiamen

The University of Auckland competing in the inaugural event in 2016 AUCKLAND – With the National Tertiary title on the line, the most fiercely competitive 3x3 Basketball teams in New Zealand have converged in Auckland and are in action on 12-13 April.

 

Last year’s winners were Lincoln University in the women's draw and Auckland University in the men's. The men’s team from Auckland finished an impressive 4th at the FISU University World Cup 3x3 in China in 2018 and would be looking to repeat that kind of success this year. The women's team from Auckland had made it to the finals in Xiamen in 2016 (left). 

 


The winning men's and women's teams will once again qualify for the 2019 edition of the FISU University World Cup 3x3 in Xiamen, slated to be held from 30 October to 3 November. Get a sneak peek at the teams that will qualify, by catching the second day’s action LIVE, right here!
