Presentation of the Kazan Observer Program

KAZAN - On September 20th, 2012, FISU delegates together with Kazan 2013 OC representatives presented the observer programme that will be put into place during the 27th Summer Universiade next July 2013 to the next Universiade Organizing Committees.

Representatives from the Organizing Committees of Trentino (2013 WU), Gwangju (2015 SU), ALmaty (2017 WU) and Taipei City (2017 SU) attended the meeting which was chaired by Galina Kupriyonova (Deputy Director General of the Kazan Organising Committee), Marc Vandenplas (FISU Director Summer Universiade) and Milan Augustin (FISU Director Winter Universiade).

Ms. Liliya Barieva, Director of the Knowledge Management Department of the Kazan OC, presented the program and concept to the delegates. Jing Zhao, FISU Manager Summer Universiade, made a presentation of the level of cooperation FISU is requesting from the participants to the program. Both of them focused on the fact that this program is a part of the seminars and debriefing that helps to deliver the Universiade. It is also an opportunity for the next organizers to exchange experiences and know-how.
