The CTI-WU members then met with the Organizing Committee of Granada 2015, represented by Aurelio Ureña, OC CEO of Granada 2015 and David Cabello, General Director of Granada 2015 and member of the Executive Committee of FISU. During this meeting, the local OC presented its master plan (organizational structure of sports and sports facilities and presentation of different managers), the location of the facilities, the competition programme, training and testing events and the operational plans for snow and ice sports.

In the afternoon, the FISU technical delegates met with managers of the sports facilities for their respective sports as part of a workshop held in the Granada Congress Palace. The workshop was intended to produce a first draft of the programme of events.
