FISU welcomes President of Polish National Olympic Committee to its headquarters

FISU 5 June 2021

The President of the Polish National Olympic Committee (NOC), Andrzej Krasnicki, paid a visit to the FISU HQ earlier this week, following a meeting with Thomas Bach, President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC).

Mr Krasnicki was welcomed by FISU Acting President Leonz Eder, FISU Secretary General-CEO Eric Saintrond and accompanied by FISU Vice President Marian Dymalski – also member of the Polish NOC. The Polish delegation was shown around the FISU headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland, and introduced to the different departments present on site.

“It was a pleasure to welcome Mr Krasnicki to the FISU headquarters,” Leonz Eder said. “It is these kinds of visits which help strengthen good relationships and improve communication between our federations, especially during a period which has become difficult for international sports events.”
