Fangxin Sun and Mathilde Beaudry are the current top scorers with four goals each

The Brazilians of the University of the Extreme South of Santa Catarina in green beat University of Valencia (ESP) 5-0.

The knock-out stage schedule is now know, as are the semi-finalists of the women’s tournament. The top scorer’s teams – Shanghai University of Sport (CHN) and Laval University (CAN) – will take on Beijing Normal University (CHN) and University of the Extreme South of Santa Catarina (BRA).

Canada’s Mathilde Beaudry will remember her 21 September at the Dalian 2025 FISU University World Cup Football as she scored a hat-trick for her Laval University team against Polytechnic University of Hauts-de-France (FRA), who were severely beaten 8-0.

25 September semi-finals

She joins Shanghai University of Sport Fangxin Sun not only in the semi-finals, but at the top of the best scorer’s list with four goals each. Which one of these impressive strikers will score again? The answer is expected on 25 September,

Shanghai University of Sport (CHN) will face
Beijing Normal University (CHN) at 14h.
Also at 14h, Laval University (CAN) will play
the University of the Extreme South of Santa Catarina.

The men’s tournament still open

In the men’s tournament, five teams have six points each. Leader of Group A, University of Granada (ESP), leader of group B State University of Trade and Economics (UKR), two teams of Group C, University for Development Studies (GHA) and Paulista University (BRA) and finally the leader of Group D, Chouaib Doukkali University (MAR).

22 September programme – the last day before a cultural and rest day on Tuesday 23 September) will start with a thrilling match, as both leaders of group B face each other at 9h30. Don’t miss out on the action, as you can watch all the games on FISU.tv.
