The investment of FISU, in terms of resources, has been quite high in those last years. The FISU wants to put in place strategic guidelines for the CUSFs but also for the NUSFs, launching now also the possibility for each of the FISU Member Associations being active to propose a project which could be co-financed by the FISU, with a maximum of co-financing of 5,000 € and 50% of the total budget of the project.
In this panel also, Yangquing Xue, AUSF Vice-Secretary General, presented the Asian University Sports Federation and important CUSF in FISU. The strategy of future development for the AUSF, relevant to all CUSFs, was raised.
The last panel was dedicated to the potential of University Sport in Europe, with examples of good practices for the National University Sport Events, but also with a progress report from the LOC for the European Universities Games in Rotterdam in 2014 and the ones in Zagreb-Rijeka in 2016.
