Please find here the abstracts of the presentations of our two keynotes speakers: Abstract Presentation K. Iliev and Abstract Presentation R. Ahn.
Afterwards, it was the time of the sports activities: the delegates had the choice to practice basketball 3×3 or taekwondo. This activity encountered a huge success and the participants were quite delighted to be able to practice those unfamiliar sports.
The day ended up with a night tour around the town of Gwangju.

Quotes of the day:
John Elf (SWE), Student in Engineering Physics, University of Lund: “This Forum is way bigger and serious than I expected. The proposed activities are amazing. Workshops are really good and it’s the best way to interact with other people. I really feel like that our opinions will be taken into account by the FISU”.
Sima Limoochi (IRI), Member of the Gender Equality Committee: “This Forum is very important. It’s an opportunity to meet people from all around the world and to find solutions for the problems that FISU is facing. I would say that this Forum is a festival of Education, Ethic, Behavior, Culture, Friendship and Sport”.
Devon O’grady (CAN), Student in Sports Management, Brock University (CAN): “This Forum is above all my expectations. It’s gathering so many people who really to focus on how to change the sport. The topics are quite well chosen. I’m sure that the experience acquired during this Forum will help me in the future”.
Ilhaam Groenewald (RSA), First Vice-President of the USSA (University Sports South Africa): “The topics of this Forum are quite relevant and important for FISU but also for the NUSF as FISU is not only sport. I’m very impressed by the level of the workshops and by the level of engagement of the students. Students are the one we should focus on”.
Sami Garabedian (LIB), Member of the Education Committee: “I received a lot of positive remarks regarding this forum and I’m quite delighted with that. The themes are very interesting. Ethics and social media are prompting discussions. This is a high level forum and it’s improving every two years. I hope FISU will be able to use the good ideas of our students for its own development”.
