GWANGJU – Today, 19th March, the day started with a presentation of Dr Verena Burk, FISU EC Member, Chair of FISU Media and Communication Committee, University of Tübingen and David Vandenplas, FISU Media Assistant, on the following sub-theme: “Social Media in University Sport: New challenges”. Their presentation, “FISU Social Media”, focused on the use of social media networks by FISU (website, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter).

Workshops session
After a session of Q&A in presence of the two keynote speakers and Mr Fernandez Peña, the delegates were divided in 5 groups in order to attend workshops on the social media sub-themes. The workshops regarding this topic were so far the most interesting and exciting ones.
