NUSF Israel elects New Board

ISRAEL On the 13th of February the Israeli Assembly of ASA assembled at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. The assembly elected a new Executive Committee.

The new President of ASA Israel is Mr. Victor Hadad, the CEO of the sport Center at the University of Ben Gurion in Beer Shiva.

Mr. Hadad has replaced Mr. Ari Rozenzweig who has retired after 16 years as President. The Assembly of ASA chose Mr. Ari Rozenzweig as an honorary Member of ASA Israel.

Mr. Victor Hadad is the National Coach of the Israeli National Futsal Team. Previously, Mr. Hadad was the Head Coach of the Israeli Professional Football league for 10 years.

The other members of the newly elected ASA Executive Committee are:

Mr. Micha Rab from the University of Haifa – Vice President

Mr. Zachi Rozenstine from the Institute of Rupin – Chairman of Technical Comity.

Mr. Danny Rutenberg from the Open University – Member

Mr. Boris Biytman from the Technion –Israel Institute of Technology – Member

Mr. Kowalsky Ilan from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya – Member

Mr. Dr. Avraham Ben Zaken from the Wingate Sport Institute – Member

Mr. Dr. Yerucham Barak from the University of Tel Aviv – Member

Mr. Dr. Kuty Meridan from the University of Jerusalem

In addition, Mr. Boris Biytman, of the Technion –Israel Institute of Technology, has been elected as ASA representative in the Israeli Olympic Committee.
