BRUSSELS – From August 19th to 20th, the Development Committee (CDSU) had a working meeting in the Brussels office of FISU. Present at the meeting were Alison Odell, CDSU Chair; Stefan Bergh, Vice-Chair; Eric Saintrond, FISU SG/CEO; Laurent Briel, FISU Director of Development and Nicole Mangelschots, Assistant to the Director of Development.
The members studied the legal and administrative situation of the Continental Federations and overviewed the CF’s project applications for the period 2012-2013. An analysis was made of each project per continent and recommendations will be made for the next Steering Committee meeting.
The members set up the process for the CF’s project applications for 2014-2015 as well and prepared the Gwangju Legacy Programme meeting which will take place on September 28th and 29th.
The next CDSU meeting is scheduled for October 19th to 20th, 2012.
