BELGRADE – University Sport Federation of Serbia (USSS), in cooperation and local organization of the University Sports Federation of Nis, organised the final games of the 4th National university championships of Serbia, which were played in the Hall “Čair.” The finals were organised in futsal (m), volleyball (m/w) and basketball (m/w). The participants of the finals were the teams that won first places in the group stage, in which teams of all state Universities in Serbia took place.
In the presence of over 500 spectators, the following results in the finals were achieved:
Futsal (m): Belgrade – Nis 4:4 (pen. 5:3)
Basketball (m): Belgrade – Nis 74:84
Basketball (w): Belgrade – Novi Sad 82:56
Volleyball (m): Novi Sad – Nis 0:3
Volleyball (w): Belgrade – Nis 3:0
The winning teams will present Serbia and their home universities at the 1st European Universities Games which will be held in Córdoba in July 2012.
