MANAGUA – The second meeting of the Executive Committee of ODUPA was held in Managua, Nicaragua from 16 to 18 March 2012, involving Mr Sotero Vasquez, President, the Vice-President Delise Omeally (USA), the Secretary-General Eduardo Ramírez Lenci, (PER), the Treasurer Sergio Ramírez (IAS), the representative of ODUCC Sonia Stapf (PAN), the representative of COSUD Alim Maluf Neto (BRA), and the representative of the countries of North America, Gilles Lepine (CAN).
The meeting was held at the National Council of Universities of Nicaragua, receiving the welcome of its President Mr. Telémaco Talavera Siles, who is also Rector of the National Agrarian University.
