BRASILIA – The website of the Brazilian University Sports Confederation (www.cbdu.org.br) has a new look. The design of the new website was updated last week and seeks to make access to information about university sports more dynamic and attractive.
Some of the highlights of the new format of the website are the construction in ‘blog’ style, the emphasis on images of events and directions for the CBDU Magazine, videos and photos channels and social medias, as Facebook.
“Our relationship is primarily with the younger crowd that is always connected and uses the Internet as their main source of information and socialization. So we always try to change and make the site more attractive”, saysLuciano Cabral, President of CBDU.
The CBDU is also testing and will deploy later this year a new registration system for athletes and teams for its events. The system will facilitate the logistics of accreditation and control of the competitions.
“The goal is to facilitate the registration and accreditation of athletes, coaches and officials to make the logistics of the event more rational, fast and sustainable”, added Luciano.
