PARIS – The 6th World University Match Racing Championship 2012 was presented at the Nautical fair in Paris.
This event, held from December 7th to 16th, 2011 in Paris, Porte de Versailles, is the annual event to discover the news 2011/2012 in the world of sailing.
This showcase consisted of nearly 1,200 exhibitors attendance of over 226,646 visitors.
Out of those exhibitors figured the World University Match Racing Championship at the magnificent stand of the French Riviera, along with prestigious partners such as Guillaume Nery (apnea World Champion) , and Jean-Pierre Dick, elected Sailor of the Year.
It was a great opportunity for the Organizing Committee to be promoted towards the world of sailing and its professionals. More promotional events are planned in the months to come until the Championship which will take place from September 3rd to 8th in Nice (FRA).
