Technical meeting with the CBDU Directors André Matos and Roberto Maldonado
Luciano/Bruno and Luana/Lili will represent Brazil at the 2010 World University Beach Volleyball Championship in Antalaya (TUR) since these student-athletes won the Brazilian University Beach Volleyball Championship, which was played between January 28th and 31st in Vitória (capital of Espírito Santo – ES). Several teams, representing nine states of Brazil, were present at Camburi Beach for the tournament. Luciano and Bruno (ES) beat Vinícius and Edson (ES). In the women’s competition, Luana and Lili (ES) passed by Marcela and Shirley (ES). The bronze medals went to Silas and Tiago, from Bahia, and Nayana and Mônica, from Amazonas.
This third edition of the Brazilian University Beach Volleyball Championship opened the Brazilian University Sports Confederation (CBDU) calendar for 2010.
