The University of Port-au-Prince (UP) has won the 2008-2009 national university basketball championship of Haiti beating the American Modern Science University of Haiti (UNASMOH) 86 to 78. It’s the second time that UP brings home the title after its first success in 2004.
The Management and Production Center (CMP) won the Women’s Volleyball Championship while the Football Championship will be decided the upcoming weekend.
