Join the FISU Volunteer Leaders Academy 2018 in Kazan, Russia

Promote the values of sport and become a greater part of the University Sport Movement by attending this year’s FISU Volunteer Leaders Academy

 

On June 14-22, 2018 in the Summer Universiade city of Kazan, FISU in cooperation with the authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan (Russia) will host the FISU Volunteer Leaders Academy 2018.

 

The second edition of the Academy will be devoted to the FISU Ambassadors programme, one of the most ambitious and promising of FISU’s special projects.

 

The aim of the Academy is to increase participation and involvement of the general public in FISU activities and events, and to promote the values of sports and healthy lifestyle choice through the activities of FISU Student Ambassadors.

 

The Academy is open for participation for 18-27 year old university students. In addition to having student status verification, the candidates should also have volunteering experience and be involved in the organising sport activities in their university.

 The inaugural edition of the FISU Volunteer Leaders Academy was a smashing success in 2017 with 110 student delegates from around the world attending

Academy organisers cover all costs for one participant per country, including travel expenses, accommodation, meals, medical insurance and educational programme.
