PORT AU PRINCE – ASHAPS, the press association of Haiti has elected the national university basketball team of Haiti as ‘Most Valuable Team’ of 2010. The team won the silver medal at the ODUCC University Games in Santo Domingo earlier this year. The team could participate at the event through FISU support.
In 2011 the University Sport Federation of Haiti will re-launch its university basketball and football league.
