Working meeting with Poznan delegates
Yesterday, delegates of the Poznan 2015 Universiade Bidding Committee visited the FISU Headquarters. Mr. Hubert Piotrowicz and Mr. Lukasz Miadziolko met with FISU Secretary-General Eric Saintrond, FISU Director for the Summer Universiade Marc Vandenplas and FISU Sports Manager Michal Buchel for a working session to have answers to their last questions to prepare the bidding dossier which must be delivered at the FISU HQ on March 14th. The city of Poznan is a bidding candidate to host the Summer Universiade for the 4th time.

Polish Government Fully Supports Poznan Bid
On January 16th a meeting with the participation of the Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Grzegorz Schetyna, the Mayor of Poznan Mr. Ryszard Grobelny and the Deputy Mayor of Poznan Mr. Maciej Frankiewicz was held in Warsaw.
The aim of the meeting was to present and discuss the current stage of preparations of the city of Poznan and University Sports Association of Poland (AZS) to Summer Universiade. The Polish Government fully supports Poznan in bidding to host the Games. The strategy of Poznan and AZS bidding was also discussed at the meeting.
