BRUSSELS – FISU officially informs its Member Associations that the hosting of the 2012 World University Rowing Championship has been transferred to the city of Kazan (RUS) due to the withdrawal of the city of Banyoles (ESP).
FISU thanks the Kazan Organizing Committee for accepting to host the Championship as a test event for the 2013 Summer Universiade.
The dates of the Championship remain unchanged, i.e. from September 7th to 9th, 2012.
