New President of the Swedish University Sports Federation

Sture Espwall STOCKHOLM - Mr. Sture Espwall was unanimously elected as president of the Swedish University Sports Federation. Mr. Espwall is in his professional function the deputy chief of the National Centre for Winter Sports where he works with research financing.

‘Next year will be one of the most interesting in the history for the Swedish University Sports Federation with our first EUC and the FISU Rectors’ Forum. On top of that we celebrate our 100 year anniversary as the obvious choice for the active student. I am looking forward to continuing the work to develop a new model for Nationally Certified Sporting Universities in Sweden’, Mr. Sture Espwall said in a comment after the elections.
