Lebanese Federation of University Sport inaugurates New HQ

BEIRUT – On Friday 19 August, 2016, the Lebanese Federation of University Sport officially inaugurated its new headquarters on the outskirts of the city of Beirut in the presence of FISU VP Marian Dymalski who was on a private visit to Lebanon.

The current President of the Lebanese Federation of University Sport (FSUL), Mr. Nasri Lahoud Jr., personally welcomed Mr. Dymalski and thanked him for his presence on this very special occasion in the history of Lebanese University Sport.

Mr. Dymalski, in turn, thanked the President and the Federation on this initiative and encouraged FSUL to be even more involved in FISU events by organizing a future WUC!

At the end of the ceremony, gifts were exchanged and FISU VP Dymalski was presented with a commemorative plaque.

Other dignitaries present at the inauguration included the representative of the Minister of Youth and Sport, the President of the Lebanese Olympic Committee, FSUL EC members, sports representatives from the universities and federations, and the press.
