Maxim Urazov, the new appointed General Director for the 2019 WU
KRASNOYARSK – Russian Sports Minister Vitaly Mutko signed a decree appointing Maxim Urazov as a General Director of the 2019 Winter Universiade in Krasnoyarsk, said “Kraysport.”
From 2005 until the present Urazov was managing youth policy in the city administration.
The decree “On preparing for the XXIX World Winter Universiade in 2019 in Krasnoyarsk” was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin on 14 January 2014.
Later on, in February, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on the formation of the organizing committee for the preparation and holding the Winter Universiade in Krasnoyarsk.
