Guinea’s national director of university sport visits the Federation of Africa University Sports secretariat with interest to rejoin the international University Sport Movement

Sport is a common thread, tying countries and cultures together, and it is this string that makes the international University Sport Movement so powerful. In Africa, and particularly Guinea, university sport is on the rise as Maurice Togba Haba, the director of University Sports in the West African nation of Guinea arrived late last week in Kampala, Uganda for a five-day working visit at the secretariat of the Federation of Africa University Sports (FASU). This follows efforts by both FASU and Guinea to reestablish membership ties and grow the development of university sports on the continent, and the world over.
