MIAMI – On 12 July, the 2nd edition of the World University Netball Championship got launched with the opening ceremony. At the St. Thomas University, official competition venue and Athletes’ Village for the event, 130 athletes from eight nations competing in this event were welcomed, i.e. South Africa, Jamaica, Uganda, Namibia, United States, Australia, Trinidad & Tobago and England plus all the 100+ volunteers from 17 nations.
