TAIPEI CITY – The pre-bid meeting and site visit of the 2017 Taipei Summer Universiade Opening and Closing Ceremony Production were held in Taipei Stadium, recently, after the publication of the tender notice on October 20. The pre-bid meeting was open to both domestic and international bidders in order to clarify any concerns they may have with the solicitation documents, scope of work and other details of the requirement. The attendants were also invited to look around the stadium with the venue manager after the meeting. In pursuit of cultural industry refinement as well as public participation, the Cultural Affairs Division of the Taipei Summer Universiade Committee (TUOC) looks forward to a team capable of delivering spectacular and vibrant ceremonies for Taipei City.
