BRUSSELS – On April 14th and 15th, the Development Committee of FISU (CDSU) met in the FISU office in Brussels.
The purpose of the meeting was to establish the policies and working methods for the next four years. The CDSU is covering mainly the relation with the FISU member organizations (National and Continental University Sports Federations).
In order to establish to strategy for the next term, the members wrote down the Terms of References for the Committee and drafted the strategic plan of the CDSU. The following topics were at the agenda of the meeting:
– Proposal concerning the new branding for the Continental Federations;
– New branding CDSU;
– Proposed regulations. CDSU and Intercontinental Council;
– CDSU relation to CESU:Educational area;
– CDSU relation with other relevant committees;
– Internal working procedures;
– Documents to present at the EC meeting in May;
– Next meeting in the CDSU;
– Miscellaneous.
