The European University Sports Association (EUSA) organises this year European Universities Championships in 15 sports.
The program has already started with the 9th European Universities Volleyball Championship which successfully finished on Saturday, May 23rd, 2009 in Hamburg (GER).
19 men’s and women’s universities teams participated in the event, organised by the ADH, the University of Hamburg and the City of Hamburg.
The titles of the European Universities Champions in 2009 went to the Mordovskiy State University (RUS)in men’s and the University of Economy, Bydgoszcz (POL) in women’s competition.
