Men
56kg, 62kg, 69kg, 77kg, 85kg, 94kg, 105kg, +105kg
Women
48kg, 53kg, 58kg, 63kg, 69kg, 75kg, +75kg
Gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded in Snatch, Clean and Jerk and Total.
Participation
Each country is authorised to enter a maximum of twenty (20) persons from which eight (8) men competitors and seven (7) women competitors spread over the different categories with a maximum of two (2) competitors per category and five (5) officials.
The countries participating in the weightlifting competition with more than three (3) athletes must provide the name of the referee with valid international licence to the FISU four (4) months before the event.
FISU with CT Chair and IWF will select sufficient number of the referees and will inform the country about this decision.
The country must cover the cost of travel and the Organizing Committee will cover the cost of stay of the referee selected by CT Chair and IWF.
Age Brackets
The competitors must be born between January 1st, 1984 and December 31st, 1994.
