Participation
Each country can register a maximum of thirteen (13) persons of which eight (8) competitiors and five (5) officials with at least two (2) competitiors of the opposite gender and up to two (2) substitutes.
Delegation
The countries participating with a minimum of six competitions must bring with their delegation and at their own expense, the following international judges: one international IWSF referee. These countries must provide the OC three months before the WUC with the names of two international referees (1 effective and 1 non-travelling substitute).
Age Limit
The competitors must be born between January 1st, 1978 and December 31st, 1988.
