Participation
Each country may enter:
- Men: maximum six (6) competitors in the individual race. The first three (3) finishers will score in the team classification. In the event of a tie, the position of the first team member will break the tie. Only one (1) team per country is rated.
- Women: maximum six (6) competitors. The first three (3) finishers will score in the team classification. In the event of a tie, the position of the first team member will break the tie. Only one (1) team per country is rated.
Delegation
Each country may enter a maximum of seventeen (17) persons of whom twelve (12) may be competitors and five (5) officials.
Age Brackets
The competitors must be born between January 1st, 1984 and December 31st, 1994.
