FISU Opens Bidding for 2013 Universiades
August 30th, 2007
September 1st, 2007 is the official date to start bids for the Winter and Summer Universiades in 2013. FISU Member Associations wishing to support a bidding city in the organization of one of these two events, need to send back the duly completed form which can be downloaded below. As soon as we receive it, we will transmit all the necessary documents for the preparation of the bidding dossiers. Should you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Phase 1 - Bidding
September 1st, 2007 - Opening of the Bid September 1st to October 15th, 2007 - Letter of Intention submission November 1st , 2007 - Bidding conditions submitted to cities No later than March 15th, 2008 - Bidding Dossier submission to FISU No later than March 15th, 2008 - Payment of the Bidding Fee March 15th, 2008 - Closing of the Bid
Phase 2 – Evaluation
March 15th to April 30th, 2008 - Bidding Dossier Evaluation March 15th to April 30th, 2008 - Evaluation Commission Visits April 30th to May 30th, 2008 - Final Evaluation Report Preparation
Phase 3 – Attribution
May 31st, 2008 - Final Report Presented to the FISU EC May 31st, 2008 - Bidding City Presentation to the FISU EC May 31st, 2008 - Attribution of the Host City
Phase 4 – Payment
June 30th, 2008 - Attribution Fee Payment
