FISU Delegates at CUSF Oceania Meeting in Samoa

The delegates for the FISU Development Forum with the CUSF of Oceania were welcomed at Apia Airport by Ms. Karen Nelson, President of Samoa University Sport. Miss Samoa was also there to wish the delegates a warm welcome. The first day in Apia, was dedicated for Mr. S. Bergh, FISU Vice-President and Mr. K. Gjeloshaj, FISU Director of Educational Services and Chief of Staff to the President in supervising the preparation of the meeting at the National University of Samoa. They met with Ms. K. Nelson and Ms. Anne King who is member of the co-ordination board of the Oceania University Sport Association. The second part of the day led the participants to visit the sport venues used at the occasion of the 13th edition of the South Pacific Games. This event that took place from August 25th to September 8th, 2007, was organised for the first time by Samoa.
