FISU Rectors' FORUM in Belgrade; Working Session

On May 21st, Kolë Gjeloshaj, Director of Educational Services and Chief of Staff to the President had a working session at the University of Belgrade concerning the Rectors’ Forum and the FISU Conference. He had the opportunity to meet first with Mr. Branko Kovacevic, Rector of the Belgrade University, Mrs Neda Bokan and Mr. Aleksander Sedmak, both vice-rectors, in order to plane the actions and to draw up the policy for the programme and the key-note speakers. After that meeting under the lead of Mrs. Bokan he met with the head of the international relations department of the Uniiversity Ms. Branka Janda-Markovic and her assistant Mrs. Milena Simic. The World University President Summit and the FISU Rectors' Forum will take place in Belgrade from 2nd to 5th April 2009. The theme of the FISU Rectors' Forum is “Sustainable Legacy in University Sports”. The FISU Conference will be organised during the Universiade. The dates are 2nd to 5th July 2009. Both events are organised by the University of Belgrade in close co-operation with the Organising Committee of the 25th Universiade. The Rector of the University will promote these events during the next FISU Forum in Krakow, Poland (July 1st to 6th, 2008).
