We Will Miss You, Filippo

We sadly must inform you that today Mr. Filippo Rettagliata unexpectedly died. Filippo was Member of our Medical Committee since 1977. He was Doctor in Medicine specialized in Orthopedics. He was a waterpolo and rugby player. During his long sport career he was also doctor for the Italian Rugby and Ski Team (1970-1985). He was also an Executive Committee Member of the CUS Genova. But Filippo was not only a sportsman he was a friend for all the people he met during his work as a member of the FISU Familly. He took part to an enormous amount of FISU events and was deeply appreciated for his kindness and sense of humour. Today we would like to think of his wife, Anna, and his children Cecilia and Pietro. We will miss you Filippo.
