24th Winter Universiade update, LOC meeting – Day 2

The Maoer Mountain, Competition Site
Mr.CHENG Youdong, Vice Governor of Heilongjiang Province and Executive Vice President of LOC 24th Winter Universide, Mr.Zhang Xinsheng, FISU Vice President and Yang Liguo, Secretary General of China University Sports Federation made an inspection visit of the Maoer Mountain Ski Resort. All these venues are now recognized by all the ISF concerned and will be used for Snowboarding and Biathlon. In the afternoon, Mr.Zhang Xinsheng declared open the ceremony for the start of the Volunteer Program. The LOC will recruit more than 10,000 volunteers during the Game!
