Regional Association News: COSUD General Assembly

On June 15th, in Sanl Salvador, El Salvador, the General assembly of the South American University Sports Confederation (COSUD) was held. COSUD has 8 members. They met for choosing a new board that is composed of 5 members. Mr. Julio Jakob, its historical leader and ODUPA President decided to step down and the former Secretary-General became Vice-President. The new board of COSUD is composed of: President: Alim Rachid Maluf Neto - Brasil Vice-President: Eduardo Ramírez Lenci - Peru Secretary-General: Montserrat Jimenez – Paraguay Treasurer: Alvaro Leiva – Chile Assessor: Juan Carlos Aguerre - Uruguay
