CESU Member Receives Award

Prof. Dr. Gyöngyi Szabó Földesi (HUN), member of the CESU Commission was awarded with a high rank state order of the Hungarian Republic, the so called “Order of Merit of the Hungarian Republic, Officers’ Cross” because of her outstanding activity in sport sciences, especially in sport sociology, in sport related public life, and because of her committed work to popularize 'sport for all' in Hungary. The award was also a consequence of her appointment as Doctor of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences.
