Vigo Offficial Bidding Candidate to host 2013 SU

In an official letter to FISU President George Killian, Mr. Jaime Lissavetzky Díez, President of the Spanish Committee for University Sport, confirmed that the city of Vigo has been selected to bid to host the 2013 Summer Universiade. This brings the number of candidates for the Summer Universiade to three, i.e. Vigo, Spain; Kazan, Russia and Gwangju, Korea. The finals decision will be announced on May 31st in Brussels.
