2008 WUC Wrestling: Day 3

Yesterday Friday July 11th, it was women’s wrestling all day long, in the morning and in the afternoon. We had competitions in five categories which are in 48, 55, 59, 63 and 72 kilos. After the competitions the award ceremonies followed. The awards were given by the Rector of A.U.TH., Prof. Anastasios Manthos, the Member CIC-FISU Mr. Fernando Parente, the Member CM-FISU Mr. Zygmunt Przybylski, the FILA Technical Delegate for the referees Mr. I. Kostadinov. Yesterday also a cup was awarded to the team of USA of female wrestling that ranked first with 61 points.
