Preparing the CTI Meeting with the Local Organising Committee
The meeting with our FISU technical delegates for individual sports will be held in Belgrade, Serbia, from Friday 13th to Saturday 14th of June 2008. Almost one year before the 25th Universiade Opening Ceremony this meeting will be very important. Indeed it will offer to our technicians the opportunity to meet with local people in charge of the different sports and also to visit all the venues. Before the official opening of the meeting, the FISU Secretary General-CEO and his staff had a working session with Local Organising committee in order to prepare the meeting and also to manage other topics regarding the sports programme, the making of the regulations, the issue of the technical handbooks, the distribution of the sports venues, the information system to the delegations, etc. Please find hereafter the programme of this CTI meeting. June 12th: arrival of the delegates June 13th: - CTI Internal meeting - CTI General meeting - Visit of the venues - Press Conference - Meetings per sport June 14th - CTI Internal meeting - Final meeting - Athletes' Village visit.
